Young Maverick

After a two-year apprenticeship playing live shows around Melbourne, including supports for pop heroes Big Scary and Loon Lake, Young Maverick are set to release their debut EP over Summer 2011/12. The band are influenced from everything from The Smiths to Rage Against The Machine.

Drawing inspiration from Bloc Party, Foals and Death From Above, their new single 'Night Life Circus' combines scratchy intricate guitars, 80's inspired synth, pop bass lines, fast paced beats and distinct vocals.

A four-piece alternative band from Melbourne who formed early in 2010.
